Ariya Lumen is our new African-based investment company which focuses on funding and managing high-quality renewable energy power plants. So far, 130MW+ of solar investment pipeline has been identified for 2022, which will provide independent power to commercial and industrial clients. Our experience includes energy metering, Solar PV, Solar Thermal, battery storage, water harvesting, and storage and filtration projects. We seek to leverage our extensive partnerships with banks, insurers, private equity firms, mining and agriculture groups and technology providers to provide value and achieve purposeful growth and poverty alleviation. To this end, all investments are fully aligned with the UN Development Goals.

Ariya Bridge Capital (Pty) Ltd is a Namibian private equity fund manager that partners with the Ariya Bridge Trust Fund. The Fund provides private equity, quasi- equity and mezzanine instruments for financing development, construction and expansion of projects and companies. The Fund focuses exclusively on Namibia in the Infrastructure, Clean and Renewable Energy, IT and Telecommunications sectors.
